About Gilan
Gilan Gork is a leadership development consultant, speaker, and executive coach who has spent more than two decades working with senior leaders across South Africa and around the world.
Throughout that work, he noticed a recurring pattern: many leaders carry pressures, doubts, and questions that rarely get spoken about openly. The higher people rise, the fewer places they have to have honest conversations about what leadership is really costing them.
Leading Awake was created to bring those conversations into the open. Each episode invites senior leaders from different industries to explore the realities of leadership beyond the polished public narrative.
